Terms & Conditions - Accommodation

1. General

These terms apply to all accommodation bookings related to retreats hosted at the villa, hereafter referred to as “the accommodation provider”.

The villa is offered as a place for rest, comfort and shared experience. Guests agree to treat the property, its surroundings and all facilities with care and respect.

2. Booking and payment

Accommodation is booked separately from the retreat programme.

The total accommodation fee is €335 per person.

  • Payment must be completed within 7 days after booking confirmation

  • Bookings made within 7 days before arrival require immediate full payment

A reservation is only confirmed after full payment has been received.

3. Cancellation by guest

Cancellations must be submitted in writing.

  • Up to 60 days before arrival: 80% refund

  • Between 60 and 30 days: 50% refund

  • Within 30 days before arrival or no-show: no refund

4. Relationship with retreat booking

The accommodation booking is separate from the retreat programme.

Cancellation or changes to the retreat do not automatically cancel the accommodation booking.

Separate terms apply to the retreat programme.

5. Use of the property

The villa is a shared environment during retreats.

Guests agree to:

  • respect other participants, staff and instructors

  • use all facilities and equipment responsibly

  • maintain a calm and respectful atmosphere

Only registered guests are allowed to stay at the property.

6. Arrival and departure

Check-in and check-out times will be communicated prior to arrival.

Guests are expected to respect these times unless otherwise agreed.

7. Liability and damage

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property, furniture or equipment during their stay.

The accommodation provider is not liable for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings.

8. Force majeure

In case of force majeure (such as natural disasters, government restrictions or unforeseen events), the accommodation provider reserves the right to cancel or modify the booking.

In such cases, payments will be refunded where applicable.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Italy.
